As you may of heard by now, on September 18 REIL switched over to their new upgraded Listing Management module. It features significant changes in data fields and format replaced the old Listing Management software. Newly required fields were introduced that day. These newly required fields will need to be updated in your current listings before any status changes can be made.
So after a lot of back and forth with REIL, we've learned they are still working out several kinks and glitches.
We stongly recommend you check your square footage on your listings since there was an error in carrying this information from the old system.
